Rob Lowe turned 60 in March. However, you would never know it by looking at him.

So what is his secret? Is it moisturizers, face creams, and such? He tells Jennifer Hudson about what it is on her show today. He says it is “gratitude and curiosity.”

He explained that kids are naturally curious, but as we get older, we lose that. So, he encourages us to remain open to people, listen to them, and continue to learn.

I do that too! And mentally, I am youthful, looks not as much!
