Yesterday, the
Biden Inaugural team announced who will be performing for President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris during the nighttime festivities of January 20th. Today, we found out who will be part of the daytime events.
The participants for the 59th Inaugural Swearing-In Ceremony are:
Invocation – Father Leo J. O’Donovan
Pledge of Allegiance – Andrea Hall
National Anthem – Lady Gaga
Poetry Reading – Amanda Gorman
Musical Performance – Jennifer Lopez
Benediction – Reverend Dr. Silvester Beaman
I think that Lady Gaga is a brilliant choice to sing the National Anthem because she has such a powerful, beautiful voice. J-Lo, they could have done better. She just is the opposite of what they stand for, and that is unity and caring. I think the singer only cares about herself.
