Alyson Hannigan gained a lot of new fans by being a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. But she lost some things too.
“The before and after says it all. I lost 20 pounds of both weight and emotional baggage during my time on @dancingwiththestars,” the actress wrote. “I can’t thank @sashafarber1 enough for helping me shed my insecurities and getting me to the confident and strong place I am today!”

It is Christmastime, so that means it is time for Christmas cards.
Over the weekend, King Charles and Queen Camilla shared theirs, and I doubt the peasants of the United Kingdom can relate to them.
The photo was taken in the Throne Room at Buckingham Palace on Coronation Day by Hugo Burnand, and they wore their crowns and robes with trains longer than they are tall.
I get that he waited over 70 years to be King. But rubbing his enormous wealth in our faces does not make us like him. And with everything going on with Prince Harry, he needs us to like him, really, really like him.

Derek Hough gives an update on his wife’s condition |

On Wednesday night, Derek Hough’s wife, Hayley Erbert, went through a terrifying medical scare. She was rushed to the hospital, where the doctors diagnosed her with a cranial hematoma from a burst blood vessel, and she required an emergency craniotomy.
Over the weekend, the Dancing with the Stars head judge gave an update on her condition. “Hayley has always inspired me with her will, her strength, and her resilience and no more so than in the last 48 hrs. She is now on the long road of recovery,” he wrote. “Words cannot express how grateful and thankful we are for the support and love that you have given us. The kindness that we’ve been shown in this incredibly unfathomable, and life changing time is immeasurable. The offers of assistance that have poured in have been so humbling and appreciated. Our hope is that as a family, we can somehow and someway pay it forward.”
Hopefully, she will be better soon, and they will be back dancing to sold-out crowds in no time.
