Adele was supposed to start her Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace tomorrow, but she cancelled all of those dates today.
The singer released a tearful message saying that show is not ready due to delayed deliveries and half of her crew and people suffering from COVID-19. Therefore, she is going to reschedule all of the dates between now and April 16th, the final day for the original dates.
They tried all they could do to keep the dates, but it wasn’t possible.
She promises when they reschedule Weekends with Adele, she will give you the show you deserve.
Personally, I would be fine seeing her in an empty auditorium because it is all about her voice and not showmanship like Katy Perry.
Before Bethany Joy Lenz was releasing her own music, she was singing in Psalty’s Salvation Celebration. How cute was the 10-year-old in that 1982 movie?
The One Tree Hill cast loved working with each other so much that they are still doing it almost 10 years after the show ended. Case in point Hilarie Burton and Bethany Joy Lenz will be joining Sophia Bush on her new CBS medical drama, Good Sam.
The two guest stars will play sisters, Gretchen (Burton) and Amy (Lenz) Taylor, who cross paths with Dr. Sam Griffith (Bush) when Amy is admitted as a patient at Detroit’s Lakeshore Sentinel Hospital.
Bush said, “People ask me ‘what’s the best part about producing @goodsamcbs?’ Having my best girls come to play ranks up top!”
In case you are like me and didn’t know this, the three of them have a podcast together called Drama Queens called iHeartRadio.
Tonight at 9p on Ghosts on CBS, we get to meet a new ghost. Well, new to us, but old one of the Ghosts.
Sam (Rose McIver) and Jay’s (Utkarsh Ambudkar) contractor tells them he found a secret door in the mansion, and it has a hidden passageway that leads to a vault. Of course, they want to know what is in it? They are not the only ones, so do the Hetty (Rebecca Wisocky), Travis (Asher Grodman), Sass (Román Zaragoza), Thor (Devan Chandler Long), Alberta (Danielle Pinnock), Flower (Sheila Carrasco), and Pete (Richie Moriarty). Therefore the Ghosts follow the livings down to the vault.
Hetty thinks it might have belonged to her robber baron husband, and she is right. As soon as they figure out the combination and open the door, Elias (Matt Walsh) comes out of the vault. Is Hetty happy to see him, nope? Because he is awful. However, people and animals will get happy when he walks through them. That is his secret power.
If that is not enough to deal with, Sam and Jay’s friends are going to get married in their B&B tomorrow. The couple really needs this to happen, or they will lose their house. Nothing can go wrong. Something that was a lot easier before they had a new ghost in the mix. Elias plans on causing as much trouble as possible because once a jerk, always a jerk.
Will the Ghosts be able to put him in his place, or will he put them in their place since it is his place? I cannot tell you that. What I can tell you is the funniest show on television has its funniest moment of the season. I laughed so hard, I had to rewatch it like 20 times, and I plan on watching a 100 more at least. Tell me if you laughed too! I know you will because it is just that hysterical.
The writers of this show keep proving how witty they are. Not only are they hilarious, they know how to write with a lot of heart. That is a rare combo, and I hope the Emmy voters see that because this is the rare comedy these days that is actually a comedy.
If you have never seen this show, then stop ghosting it and check it out. I promise you are going to fall in love with it at first sight. That is why more and more people are falling in love with every week. While other shows bleed viewers, this one is doing the opposite for good reason!
Long live Ghosts. Wait. Well, you know what I mean.
