The Rock is not only about his movies and television shows, but he is also about giving back. This Christmas, he gave his mom, the woman who gave him the most, a sentimental present that made her tears of joy and explained why he gave her that gift!

Surprise! Bought my mom a new home for Christmas.
All our lives growing up we lived in little apartments all across the country. Lived like gypsies on the road from one state to another.
The first home my parents ever lived in was the one I bought for them in 1999.
They divorced about 5yrs later and as with life, stuff happens and things got a little complicated.
Since then I always made sure my mom and dad have everything they’ll ever need – houses, cars etc.
But the house this time is a special one and the timing is very meaningful.
I told her to treat this card like it’s “Willy Wonka’s Golden Ticket” because she gets to choose any home she wants – anywhere she wants.
I always say, if you got a good mama, then you gotta pretty good shot at becoming a decent human being.
And somehow, somewhere along the line I became one lucky SOB to be able to make stuff like this happen.

While so many celebrities, like the Kardashians, spent the holiday buying themselves expensive useless presents, DJ was buying his mom a house and making wishes come true for kids from Make-A-Wish, Starlight Foundation and Rays of Sunshine Foundation. How can anyone hate him? He gives back!
That is why when I look at the people who went to the same school as me, it makes me proud to say I went to the same college as him. I cannot say the same about going to the same high schools as Jared Kushner and Stephen Collins.
Thank you DJ for being a role model that kids can look up to, don’t ever change.
Come January, she will be back doing Dance Moms without the girls we know because they have all moved on to do movies and television shows. Therefore you have to wonder who will watch because as much as she thinks it is all about her, it wasn’t. That is why her other shows on Lifetime all failed.
Plus, you have to wonder what the F is Lifetime thinking to get back on the dance floor with her? Did they forget all the headaches she put them through? And that is just listening to her voice when she barked out her demands.
Personally, I say it is time to let the show go away. It had its moment in television history and now that book is closed.
Tonight at 8p, the first 5 episodes of Angie Tribeca’s season 4 will debut on TBS and tomorrow at 8p the remaining 5 will air.
The season picks up 20 years after the last one. Angie Tribeca (Rashida Jones) has just been released from jail after serving 2 decades behind bars for impersonating Angie Tribeca. Her baby daddy is gone and now their son A.J. (Bobby Cannavale) is joining the special force they have been recruited to. Lt. Atkins (Jere Burns) and Dr. Scholls (Andrée Vermeulen) are back and they have a new team member Maria Charo (Kiersey Clemons).
In each episode, they will fight Pierre Cardin. He is a supervillain with a specific evil plan. One that is very scary if he goes through with it. But I have said too much.
What I have not told you is each episode is based on a movie. Can you guess which ones? It is actually a fun little game to play along with.
Although, you do not need any more fun while watching this show because it is a laugh out loud riot from the beginning until the end. It is a smart slapstick comedy in the vane of Naked Gun.
If you have missed the first 3 seasons than you can watch season 2 today and season 3 tomorrow on TBS. Or you can rewatch them to catch a few of the jokes you missed the first time around. Believe me, you will not get all of them the first time around, and you don’t want to miss a single chuckle. Some are subtle and others are in your face. Thus, make catching all of them not so easy to do. Even if you don’t, you will still be giggling for two and half hours straight tonight and tomorrow.
