Fame Flynet
Angelina Jolie made her first public appearance since she told the world that she had a double mastectomy and they still look as perfect as they did before she had it done. But then again she would still look absolutely gorgeous and sexy even if she was flat chested. I don’t think she ever look bad, boobs or no boobs, hair or no hair and so on…
Legendary Jean Stapleton passed away yesterday at the age of 90 according to The Hollywood Reporter. The actress had several roles in her amazing career, but she is best known for playing the lovable Edith Bunker on All in the Family. In that role, she won everyone’s heart because she played it with so much love. It was impossible not adore her. And even though her character was naive and innocent, Stapelton was so much more. The way she played off of everyone especially Carroll O’Connor as Archie Bunker, that took smarts!
I wish I could find the interview with the late David Dukes talking about how the audience reacted when Edith hit him the face with a burning pan. I remember he said that they went so crazy with applauds, cheers and stomping for several minutes that they couldn’t use it. How many actors can say that garner that kind of reaction? Not many and that was just how special she was as Edith Bunker.
So today remember her and keep her spirit alive by watching at least one All in the Family episode.
If you have ever been somewhere and been wowed by a fish tank, then you are going to be floored by Fish Tanks Kings on Nat Geo Wild tonight at 9p. Each week the people from Living Color will convert objects like a rusty VW Bus into a gorgeous colorful aquarium. You will watch them make these aquatic homes from scratch. You will see them tear apart objects to fit in the aquariums and then build them back up to be able to hold one. But what is the point of creating one if you don’t have any fish to put inside of it. We will see them go into the waters near Fort Lauderdale and catch the new residence of these fish condos. And every aquarium needs coral, they make that there too.
If you think watching fish swim in an fish tank is cool, watching that aquarium be made is even cooler. So tune in each week to watch the second season of Fish Tank Kings on Nat Geo Wild!
