Enter to win a Drop Dead Diva Essentials Kit!
June 7th, 2012 under Contests. [ Comments: 1 ]

Drop Dead Diva is back with all new episodes on Lifetime this Sunday at 9p and I have a Drop Dead Diva Essentials Kit to giveaway. All you have to do is email me the answer at [email protected] to “What network Drop Dead Diva?” by June 8th with your name and address! One winner will be chosen at random.
Lifetime’s critically acclaimed hit series, “Drop Dead Diva,” returns for a fourth season with 13 new episodes premiering Sunday, June 3, at 9/8c. Joining the series’ roster of top name guest stars is Kim Kardashian (“Keeping Up with the Kardashians”), who makes her multiple episode debut in the season opener. The one-hour, comedic drama tells the story of a shallow wannabe model who dies in a sudden accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, plus-size and recently deceased attorney, Jane. Produced by Sony Pictures Television, “Drop Dead Diva” features breakout star Brooke Elliott (“Wicked,” “Taboo”), Margaret Cho (“Dancing with the Stars,” “Notorious C.H.O.”), Jackson Hurst (“Living Proof”), Kate Levering (“Cashmere Mafia”), April Bowlby (“Two and a Half Men”) and Josh Stamberg (“Lie to Me”). Carter MacIntyre (“Undercovers”) and Lex Medlin (“Southland”) join the ensemble cast as series regulars.
Currently in production in Atlanta, “Drop Dead Diva’s” season four begins with Jane (Elliott) and Owen (Medlin) enjoying a Roman Holiday in Italy while back at home the firm is on shaky ground under Kim’s (Levering) leadership. Teri (Cho) is dispatched to bring Jane home to take on a lucrative murder case while Grayson (Hurst) comes to terms with his new feelings for Jane. Meanwhile, following the devastating news of Grayson and Stacy (Bowlby) kissing in last season’s finale, Fred (Ben Feldman, “Mad Men”) moves on with a new girlfriend, leading Stacy to turn to famed relationship guru, Nikki LePree (Kardashian), for love advice. Drop Dead Diva Season 4 premieres on Sunday, June 3 at 9/8c!

Giveaway:

BTWF musical acts: Tom Green in Organized Rhyme
June 7th, 2012 under Before They Were Famous. [ Comments: none ]

Before Tom Green was a comedian, he was a rapper with Organized Rhyme. You can barely recognize the fresh faced 20 year old in that 1992 video for Check the OR.

Daniel Tosh for Dancing with the Stars
June 7th, 2012 under Comedy Central. [ Comments: none ]

Daniel Tosh is showing off his incredible sexy dance moves and I think the Tosh.0 star so needs to be on Dancing with the Stars. We have never seen anyone move their hips like that on the show and he is just what it needs to get the ratings up. Can you imagine how the judges would react? Len Goodman would have a heart attack and Bruno Toniloi would spontaneously cumbust. Yes I know how to spell combust, but that spelling seemed more appropriate.
So let’s petition to get Daniel Tosh on Dancing with the Stars because I know I would be watching every week to see what/who he would do next.

Siri gets real with Zooey Deschanel
June 7th, 2012 under Conan O'Brien, Zooey Deschanel. [ Comments: none ]

If you are like me, you think that iPhone commercial with Zooey Deschanel is ridiculous. Seriously why is she asking if it is raining out when she can obviously hear the rain hitting the roof and she can look outside and see that it is. And it just gets worst from there.
Well Conan did his take on it and I think it is about time she got real with the New Girl. Now I can’t wait for her to take on John Malkovich and Samuel L Jackson. Actually if she did, we know how that will end. With the iPhone being smashed to the floor and repeatedly being stomped on.

Make the choice to watch The Choice tonight, you won’t regret it
June 7th, 2012 under Fox. [ Comments: none ]

Fox is all about finding love tonight, in a way only this network can.
At 8p Take Me Out has 30 women vying for one man. When he walks out, we find out if it is love at first sight for them. If there is, then they keep their light on. If not he has to talk about himself and they decide if he is still for them. If there is still at least 2 woman who are interested then we get to know a little more about him. Finally if there is more than woman who has her light on for him, then he decides who he wants to go on a date with. Then they are off and the following week they will talk about how it went. I know that kind sounds of boring, but the women look like the should be on Jersey Shore and the guys are duds. There are two guys who go him with no dates and when you watch the show, you will totally see why. It is like where did they find those losers for these women.
If you haven’t enough cheesy love for the night then you must must must watch The Choice. It is the best thing to happen to television since Dance Moms. Four celebrities will be sitting in chairs and a woman will come out and tell them why she should choose her. If they like what they hear, they turn around. If not, oh well. Once they turn around, she decides which of the ones that chose her she wants. After each of the celebs has three possible dates, then they go to a speed round and one of the potential lovers is eliminated. Then there were two and now they have to answer the same question poised from the star. Once they are done the actor picks who they are going home with.
During tonight’s season premiere Jason Cook, Romeo, Pauly D and Jeremy Bloom all duke it to go on date. The best moment comes when after the guys turn around a contestant says she is a virgin and one of them wants to turn around again.
This show is so fast paced and fun and cheesy, that I absolutely love it. It was even better than I thought it would be and let’s be real, we all knew it was going to be all kinds of awesome. So make sure to watch it because this is what reality television is all about.
