Ever since I saw Showgirls, I have tried to forget about Elizabeth Berkley. But then for some reason the paparazzi reminded me that Saved By The Bell Star star is still around and she was having lunch with Carla Gugino in Californication, I mean California.
The one thing I can tell from these pictures is that the 38 year old actress’ Showgirls days are behind her.
BTW part of me thought it is kind of sad the way she is promoting her book Ask Elizabeth, but then the other part of me thought it was brilliant because it made me look up if it is her’s…and it is!
Amy Brenneman has had long hair as long as we have known her, but now that look is a thing of the past. The Private Practice doctor was in the hospital a year ago being real life patient and due to the undisclosed illness her hair was not the same. So she has Tweeted in the past that she got shorter haircut because of it, but it was not as short as it is now. Today she Tweeted the picture and said, “I just took a pic for my avatar with my bitchin’ hair trim that Arlene Chavez gave me …It’s a triumph, really. I have never, ever, in my life had short hair. Except in seventh grade. But we’re gonna forget that one …I cut it for me, last September, not Violet. Violet has long hair still. The wonder of cinema. Short hair makes me feel sexy and brave.”
Well I am going to be Judging Amy now over her new cropped ‘do and not only does it bring out her blue eyes (who knew they were that color), it also took decades off of her. She looks so freaking amazing, I hope she can debut that look on the ABC show soon!!!
Before Bonnie Franklin was a mother to teenage girls in One Day at a Time, she was just a teenager in Gidget. Who knew the red headed actress was a brunette back when she was 21 in that 1965 episode! I think she looks good either way!
Bonnie Franklin is guest starring on her TV daughter Valerie Betinelli’s show Hot in Cleveland on TV Land tonight at 10p, but unlike One Day at a Time she isn’t playing Barbara Cooper’s mom…she is playing her boyfriend’s mother. That probably had to be interesting for the two women who played mother and daughter for nine years together.
What I liked most about that preview is that the 50 year old newlywed and the 67 year actress look exactly like they did when they filmed the final season of ODaaT over 25 years ago. I want to know their secret!
