After several months of dating (which is an eternity in the Soap World), Daytime’s hottest new couple Lulu and Dante are finally going to have sex on General Hospital today. A few weeks ago I along with a few other reporters sat down with Dominic Zamprogna and Julie Marie Berman and they talked to us about General Hospital. When we spoke to them they had yet to film the scene and they were excited to have actually have sex on the show. Dominic was extra excited because he will be losing his soap virginity. Lucky for him, Julie has become a pro on the show with daytime sex scenes and explained the choreography of it all to him. The sex life of Lulu Spencer’s character is a big deal on the show and I had to find out why? She told us, “I guess I make the writers think about that a lot. I like working around stuff that’s a delicate topic for Daytime. I like that kind of stuff.” That is a good thing. But for now she is having a normal relationship with Dante which is a good thing because Dante and Lulu are the children of GH’s most famous men, Sonny Corinthos and Luke Spencer so their pairing is great for the show. I really hope that now that these two get even more serious and decide to tie the knot. Could you imagine a Corinthos/Spencer wedding? You know their big day will be really big! But before they get to that point watch as they take their relationship to the next level on General Hospital weekdays on ABC and weeknights on SOAPnet.
