The Boy Banders are breeding and working on their replacements. New Kids on the Block’s Joey McIntyre has a new kid on the block because his wife gave birth to their second son yesterday. According to Us Weekly Rhys Edward came into the world weighing 7pds. 10 oz. Rhys is the second boy for Joey, the awwwdorable Griffin Thomas (pictured above) is 2.
Joey isn’t the only boy bander and Dancing with the Stars’ alumni with baby news, Us Weekly is reporting that 98 Degrees’ Drew Lachey is expecting his first son in the spring. Drew and his wife Lea already have a daughter, Isabella Claire, 3.
Before Dustin Hoffman was a man pretending to be a woman in Tootsie, he got shot by a man pretending to be a cop on Naked City. The Oscar winner was really hot when he was 25 in that 1963 episode and his acting has really improved since them. That scene where he got shot was so bad, that is was laughable and I love that!
NBC announced their mid-season premiere dates and in doing so they said that Heroes will air its season (series?) finale on February 8th. I fear with such an early end date for the show, that it really might be Heroes series finale, but considering how most of the other shows are doing on NBC maybe there is a glimmer of hope the show will be back for another season.
I know I should be on the Parenthood bandwagon, but I personally never got everyone’s obsession with Lauren Graham. When Maura Tierney was able to star on the show, I was looking forward to it, but I lost that excitement when they replaced her with Graham. But what I am looking forward to is Celebrity Apprentice, with both Cyndi Lauper and Sharon Osbourne on the show I wonder who Donald Trump will hire. My money is on Sharon Osbourne, who do you think?

It is a cold winter day today and here is a little Hugh Jackman in vacation in St Barth to warm you up. While his body might not be as tight as it was when he was filming Wolverine, it is still in really good shape and nice to look it. Plus it is fun to see how he stays in such good shape!!!
Tonight NBC launches a 4-night event with The Sing-Off that is hosted by Nick Lachey. The a capella competition is all about the singers’ voices and not about the music accompanying them because there is none. So that opening number from tonight’s show that you just listened to had absolutely no music helping them out, and the musical sound was created by the organ G-d gave them. How freaking awesome is that and amazing do they sound together! I so can’t wait to watch the 8 groups performing starting tonight at 8p. They will compete tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday and a winner will be announced next Monday. The winner get a $100,000 prize and an Epic Records/Sony contract.
