‘Tis the time when television shows release their previous season on DVD before the new one starts up! And the really really really good ones like One Tree Hill include blooper reels! Because Paul Johansson plays Dan Scott as such a son of a bitch, I never realized how funny he was. He was the best one on that gag reel! I say we need more Dan Scott this season and rumor has it is going to be a father again and the mother went to school with his sons… I can’t wait to see how it all plays when the show is back on The CW on September 14th!

Eli Roth aka The Bear Jew spent his Saturday getting wrapped up by a big snake and totally making out with it. Kind of sounds like how I spent my Saturday, but he did his for a good cause! The Inglourious Basterd is doing a video for PETA and the Boston native previewed the PSA for The New Yorker. When the writer/director turned actor was asked to do the PSA by PETA he wanted to use his friend’s Python, but he was told he they could not use live exotic animals. So he called the makeup artist, Greg Nicotero who worked with him on Cabin Fever and Hostel 2 and created that beautiful big d!ick that he modeled for a photoshoot and asked him he had a big snake (not the one that goes between your legs) that he could use. Lucky for him the body was available, but the head wasn’t so Greg made one just for him. Eli went in and got to intimately know the snake that he will have such a passionate kiss with that it would even make Eve jealous and detailed what we can expect from the PSA.
Nicotero wound the snake tightly around Roth’s body while Roth rehearsed his lines for the public-service announcement. “Everyone knows that violence in movies is fake, but violence against animals is real,†he said. “Research has shown that violent criminals start out by torturing animals. If you see violence against animals, report it.†Roth looked into the snake’s open throat. “Can we add a little tongue? After I make out with it, I’m going to want to say something like ‘I thought we said no tongue.’ â€
I can’t wait to see their tongues in action!
Not only did he give them that salacious story, now that is he in the #1 movie around the world he told them what is up next for him, “Acting is fun, but I like directing,†he said. “I’m ready to start chopping up body parts again.â€
BTW on a Inglourious Basterds note, Eli isn’t the only hot Basterd in Quentin Tarantino’s masterpiece and Best Week Ever listed the others and I have to say I so disagree with their list. Eli is 4? He should be #2 behind Daniel Bruhl, the only actor that ever made me think a Nazi could be doable and he didn’t even make the list. Is she blind? Because she has Samuel L Jackson on the list ahead of Brad Pitt and Michael Fassbende and the Pulp Fiction star is only the narrator. Also missing from the list was Omar Doom who knows how to work a white tux. What do you think of her list? Do you agree with me she needs glasses because that list is so off track?

Poor KC needs tell his lighting director, Baby Give It Up when it comes to green lighting because that’s not The Way I Like It, Like It! Seriously the Boogie Man looks more like Shrek than the Disco Divo that he is.
BTW I will openly admit I have seen KC and the Sunshine Band and they made me Get Down tonight, so I highly suggest seeing them because they will make you Shake Your Booty!

Today was The Weinstein Company’s press day for Halloween 2 that is out this Friday, August 28th. Danielle Harris, the oldest cast member from the Halloween Franchise (she was in 4 of them) was paired with the newest one Brea Grant (the only one today who made her debut in H2) and they talked about the scariest Halloween of all 10 of them. The two of them were so cute together, that you have to watch the whole interview above!!!
Danielle Harris is the only actor who was in both the original franchise of Halloween and the ones done by the really freaking cool director Rob Zombie. Danielle played Michael Meyers’ niece, Jamie Lloyd 20 years ago in both Halloween 4 and 5, and now the 32 year old is playing a 19 year old friend of his sister, Laurie Strode in her second RZ Halloween movie. When I asked her about how the two Michael Meyers differ she said, “He’s twice the size. He’s bigger, the knife’s bigger and everything is bigger and badder.” She ain’t kidding, he is a whole lot badder and bigger now as compared to then.
Since Danielle played Jamie Lee Curtis’ daughter in the original Halloween series, do you think she has met the original Laurie Strode, who appeared in Halloween 1, 2 and H20? Nope…:( She told us that she has yet to meet her and would really love to. The closest she got is when her boyfriend worked with her on a movie recently, but forgot to mention to her who he is dating. Bad boyfriend. We have to find a way to get these two together. Now when it comes to the new Laurie Strode played by Scout Taylor-Compton, she told us she is like a little sister and has past the Halloween Jack-O-Lantern, I mean torch to her.
Talking about little…Danielle also let us in a small secret as she says, “He (Rob Zombie) finds the humor in things that are sort of like little subliminal messages.” What are some of the tiny ways he does this in his movies? Well in the last Halloween he gave her cheerleader jacket and on the back of it says Munchkin which is bad enough for the pint-sized actress. But what he also wanted to do was during the sex scene was to have her boyfriend call her Munchie. That would’ve been like totally awesome had she not put a stop to it because she didn’t want that to be her nickname for the rest of her life, which you can’t blame her. So what did he have planned for her in the this Halloween? She says, when Michael Meyer’s mom asks him why he didn’t kill her, he says, “Because she’s just so small.” But that too didn’t make it to the final cut. Danielle wasn’t the only one who endured his little funny subliminal messages, Brea Grant told us because she is a Vegan and she thinks that is why she had to wear a Vegan tattoo on her forearm. Now I have to re-watch both movies to see what other subliminal messages are out in them.
Back to Brea, she also talked to us about if she thinks there is a chance she could return to Heroes because as we all know that being dead doesn’t always mean you stay that way on the show and her answer is adorable as Daphne was/is. We also joked about is it better to have Sylar death or a Michael Meyers one even though she didn’t die by Sylar’s finger and you will have to wait until Friday to see if Michael Meyers does her in.
Both Danielle and Brea are absolutely awesome in Halloween 2 and you have to find out what their fates are in the most terrifying movie of the year (at least) when it comes out on Friday, August 28th.
