Tom Cruise was at the premiere of upcoming bomb Valkyrie in NYC and there was something missing…his wife Katie Holmes. Tom is in the same city as his bride and she isn't performing in her Broadway show All My Sons tonight, so I wonder why she wasn't there? I mean he has flown her to LA to attend event while she was working on the show, so why didn't he force her to be his accessory?
Tom Cruise returned to the Today Show this morning, 3 years after his famous interview with Matt Lauer. But before he did his interview he ate some humble pie, came in with his tail between legs and sat down and admitted defeat. Looks like Tom realized he needs to calm down if he ever wants to see his movie do well again and not be laughed at when his name is announced for a Golden Globe.

“The Beast,†starring Patrick Swayze and Travis Fimmel, centers on an unorthodox but effective FBI veteran, Charles Barker (Swayze), who takes on a rookie partner, Ellis Dove (Fimmel), to train in his hard-edged and psychologically clever style of agenting. The mischievous veteran hazes his new partner as they work undercover, brilliantly manipulating situations, constantly testing his new partner and pushing him to delve deeper into his “roles.” As Dove realizes he can no longer maintain normal relationships and still do his job, the rookie is confronted with yet another challenge: An FBI team trying to enlist him as a double-agent in the bureau’s investigation of his partner. Don’t miss the premiere of this hard-hitting drama, Thursday, January 15th at 10PM ET/PT only on A&E.
The long rumored changes for American Idol were finally announced today. As we know they added a new Judge, who sounds like she will just be a useless b!tch (they say she is meaner than Simon) and a waste of air. But the other changes I am liking for the most part!!!
There will only be three weeks of auditions instead of 4 and there will be no Thursday shows for now! Next instead of only one week of Hollywood auditions we will get two. Something I think that the show has desperately missing! Next there will be 36 singers who make it to the Semi-finals. For 3 weeks, 12 will perform one night and the top male, female and vote getter will move on to the Top 12. You say that only comes out to 9, well that is because the final 3 will be decided in a wild car round. As you remember that is how we got Clay Aiken!!! Although unlike when Clay made, the Judges will decide who makes it to the Wild Card and who will be the final. I am not liking that change because once they pick their favorite they will shove that person down out throat. As of now the rest of the show will stay the same.
