|  IT’S bad-behavior time on the sets of a trio of movies now being shot. Chris Tucker, the star whose large paycheck and ego have been well-documented, has been demanding script changes in "Rush Hour 3." "He won’t come out of his trailer until the script is up to his standards," giggled one spy on the set in Santa Ana. "What, $25 million isn’t enough to just do your job and act?" A rep for Tucker didn’t return calls. On the same set, horndog director Brett Ratner "sends an assistant named Scott around to every female extra, collecting phone numbers in a too obvious, not-so-suave way," the source said. "Scott commands these $150-a-day actress-hopefuls to give him their phone numbers simply because ‘the director wants it.’ " A rep for Ratner, who has dated Rebecca Gayheart and Serena Williams, said, "That’s ridiculous. If Brett wants a phone number, he’ll get it himself." Meanwhile, across town, detoxing can be hard on a girl – but even harder for her co-workers. A source on the set of Lindsay Lohan’s "I Know Who Killed Me" says that ever since she went to the Wonderland clinic, she’s been "moody and is making everyone miserable around her. She’ll be late and sometimes won’t come out of her trailer." Lohan is being trailed by a "sober coach" as well as an entourage. Lohan’s hardworking rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, said, "I am not witnessing [cranky, moody] behavior at all. When is this girl going to get a break without everyone judging her every move?" The third delinquent, Paris Hilton, supposedly has been late arriving on the set of "The Hottie and the Nottie," and had trouble learning her lines. "Everyone is really fed up with her right now," said our tipster. But producer Hadeel Reda told Page Six: "Paris has never been more than 15 minutes late. Everything is memorized. She’s been very professional." Hilton has been studying with Ivana Chubbuck, one of the top acting coaches in Hollywood, Reda said. "I think people are going to be shocked at how good she is."

Chris Tucker is such a schmuck. If it weren’t for the Rush Hours movies, he wouldn’t be working or commanding the salary he is. Personally his voices makes all my vertabrae touch. When it comes to Lindsay and Paris, no breaking news there.

|  Sacha Baron Cohen’s fiancée Isla Fisher will go to bed with Borat, but refuses to sleep with gay Austrian fashion reporter Bruno. The ‘Wedding Crashers’ actress was prepared to put up with Cohen staying in character as the controversial Kazakhstani TV reporter while he shot his hit film, ‘Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan’. However, she is not prepared to afford him the same luxury when he starts work on his Bruno movie. A source told the National Enquirer magazine: "Isla grudgingly endured months of living, and sleeping, with Borat when Sacha was making the movie as he had to stay in character while he was filming. "But now he plans to make a Bruno movie she says she absolutely won’t let him stay in character 24 hours a day. "She has issued him with an ultimatum no Bruno in the bedroom or no sex until the film is finished."

|  Tim Gunn is leaving Parsons, but "Project Runway" is not. Parsons The New School of Design at Seventh Avenue and 40th Street will continue as home base for "Runway" when the fourth season kicks off later this year, sources said yesterday. The question of whether Parsons would remain in its "star- ring" role on "Runway" arose following the news that Gunn, the designers’ mentor on the Bravo reality show, has taken a new job at Liz Claiborne Inc., as The Post’s Page Six reported yesterday. Gunn had been chairman of Parsons’ fashion design department. Meanwhile, negotiations between Gunn and The Weinstein Company, which produces "Runway" for Bravo, are continuing. "[The company] is very confident that he’ll be back for the fourth season," officials said.

|  Six Degrees star Bridget Moynahan is more than three months pregnant with former boyfriend Tom Brady's baby. Usmagazine.com first reported Moynahan, 36, and the 29-year-old New England Patriots quarterback split in December after dating for three years. It's doubtful a baby would bring the couple back together: Brady has recently been seen cavorting around town with supermodel Gisele Bundchen. A rep for Moynahan tells Usmagazine.com: "This it to confirm that actress Bridget Moynahan is over three months pregnant. Former boyfriend Tom Brady is the father. They recently split after a three year relationship. Privacy and consideration is appreciated at this time. No further comments will be made."
