HEATHER Mills stripped off for an amazing erotic calendar shoot at the lodge on her estranged husband’s estate. It was just three weeks ago when the 38-year-old former model summoned a trusted photographer to the picturesque lakeside retreat at Peasmarsh, East Sussex, where she has been staying since her separation from Sir Paul McCartney.Sir Paul was away in London at the time. The lodge used to be one of the couple’s favourite places, where they shared quiet, intimate moments together. She peeled off her clothes and struck a series of different poses. There were 12 in all and Heather wore a different wig as she recreated images of Hollywood icons, including Marilyn Monroe. The shots – which Heather hoped would form part of a calendar for animal charity PETA’s I Would Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur campaign – are said to be "sensational", with her proudly displaying her new lithe form honed from almost daily visits to the gym. Everyone involved was sworn to secrecy.Last night a source said: "Heather wasn’t remotely embarrassed. It’s a photographer she has worked with for years and, remember, she has posed naked before. "She looked amazing and is justifiably incredibly proud of her body. And she wanted to show that, despite the stressful time she has been going through, she is determined to carry on with her life."She wanted to do something vivacious and sexy and this seemed like a perfect idea."The photographs were initially to be used for the 2007 calender for PETA, which Heather has long been a dedicated campaigner for.Her spokesman confirmed: "They are not lewd photographs. They are quite arty. Other celebrities have posed for nude calendar shots before for PETA. Heather hopes they will be used for a campaign for PETA in 2007 or 2008." But last night it appeared Heather had decided to put the project on hold during her divorce.A friend revealed: "Heather has decided that at such a sensitive time it’s not a good idea to be seen in such seemingly frivolous photographs."She has now instructed the photographer not to release them for the time being.

It turns out that Jim Broadbent had been cast in the movie Hairspray. A little over a week ago, Martha reported that New Line must have changed their minds about Broadbent and instead cast Christopher Walken. But Broadbent did sign on, only to change his mind, choosing to go for Tim Burton’s Sweeney Todd instead. Whether he made the decision because he saw what John Travolta looks like these days (Broadbent would have played his husband) or he got a better offer from Warner Bros., he is set to appear, presumably as Judge Turpin, in the Sondheim adaptation, which will arrive in theaters at the same time as Hairspray.

Three more weeks left of Rockstar: Supernova. Someone goes home this week, next week and then we will be down to our final four and that’s it! Everyone left is talented and strong as a vocalist, so it’s going to be an intense couple of weeks full of twists and turns. As it stands, I can pretty much imagine several of the remaining contestants taking this job, but of course, I have my favorites. It’s weird, because even though I have an idea of who I’d like to see win this thing, I’d also like to see it go to a totally unexpected contestant, if only to fulfill some sort of selfish need for dramatic flair. We are taping the show for Tuesday today and from what I understand, the songs that they will be doing are viewer’s choice. I know, they are songs that we have heard before, but there is the added dimension of someone potentially getting a song that they are not comfortable with. Remember, this week, regardless of what happens, half of the cast will be in the bottom three. I guess we will see just how bad Dilana’s comments hurt her in the poles. My prediction? Storm, Ryan and Toby. Disagree? Then VOTE! One thing I will say about Dilana that she has going for her is the fact that people either love her or hate her. The fact that she has THAT profound of an effect on people in my opinion is a strength. Of the two bands I have worked with, both of my lead singers have conjured similar reactions from the public. It’s like they say, better to have them hate you than have them not care one way or the other. (I don’t know why they say that, but they do.) Lukas, kind of gets the same reaction too. Ryan, Storm, Magni and Toby appear to be either loved or just considered, "good but not right for Supernova." I have never read any strong disdain for them on this blog, but I haven’t really read anything about them anywhere else. It’s enough for me to try to keep up with all of the comments here. I must admit, that with each week, I am starting to dig Ryan more and more. I’d like to see him go all the way too. Damn! Even I am flip flopping on this. Lukas, Ryan and Dilana? Top three? Tough to say. I do see Storm as doing well regardless of the outcome as she does have that solo artist vibe. TONIGHT: STORM LARGE. That just looks right on a marquee, as does TOBY RAND. I guess that for me, Lukas, Magni and Dilana feel more like lead singer, band member types. Ryan I can see it working for either way. This is all a bunch of "what ifs" anyway. The one thing I am absolutely certain about is that whatever happens, the five that don’t make it have to get going immediately with their own careers if they are going to let this show give them a leg up. Every once in a while someone will ask me, "Whatever happened to Jordis?" The remaining six should start putting their exit strategy in place now. The public at large (not the die hard fans) tends to forget pretty quickly. As I told Patrice, get going on your own material yesterday! I don’t know if that comment made it into the final show, but I meant it. Remember the outcry for Phil Ritchie? I haven’t heard his name mentioned in a long while. I hope he is cranking it out with his band right now. Somehow, I’m pretty sure we will be hearing from Zayra. She has already become somewhat of a pop culture figure, appearing on Talk Soup, etc. Smart move. She wasted absolutely no time.

I hope we do not have a final four and two are out this week because next week would be too cruel to do it then. I think either Toby or Storm are out this week.
