[ # ] Ebert and Roeper leave At The Movies
July 21st, 2008 under Movies

(photo from Roger Ebert)

At The Movies that started with Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel, and then continued on with Richard Roper after Siskel's death is going through a major change. According to Chicago Tribune both Roeper and Ebert are no longer with the show and after 33 years Disney is going to take the show in a different direction. What that means is unknown at this time, but since I never agree with their reviews, I think it is about time they changed it up.

No longer a fan. The new series is over produced, fake, fake, fake …. ughhh. The format is more like Entertainment Tonight. ET is great if that’s what you want but it’s not ATM. Hope “two thumbs up” and Roeper find a new home far, far away from Disney.
