The Two Coreys might officially have a stake in their heart, but the Lost Boys franchise will live on like a Vampire. According to Bloody Disgusting, Lost Boys will be back for a third installment centering around Edgar Frog aka Corey Feldman. Feldman will also serve as an Executive Producer for the straight-to-DVD movie that is currently in the writing stages. I think is going to be weird to have a Lost Boys movie without The Two Coreys, don’t you think so too?

Now on to the rumors of the day….well I guess it’s an old rumor that’s coming back around. LOST BOYS 3? Is it real? There have been a myriad of reports over the last 24 hrs suddenly surrounding the supposed production of LB3. Some of them are true some of them aren’t. As this is all in a very early stage, for now all I can tell you is this…….YES I have made a deal with Warner Brothers /Warner Premier to executive produce and act in Lost Boys 3, and yes they have made a deal with a writer to write a script for such a movie. BUT those are the only details that I can confirm at this time. There has been much speculation as to what characters will be involved and what the story line might be, and all I can say is I haven’t even seen a script yet. So I most definitely cannot confirm or deny any facts as they don’t exist yet to the best of my knowledge. Again this is in the very early stages and I am not even sure how this got leaked to the press. If and when there are some actual details I will be sure to let you know.
Ok so they should for the fans, have a contest on who can write the best Lost Boys 3 script and then choose like the top 20, then 10 and go from there and if they like two maybe combined some ideas from each, if it fits. I think they should stay true to the original storyline. And they should make star and michael’s character, maybe not die, but maybe they got turned again. I dunno, all I’m saying they can do it good, with a good imagination, in which hollywood REALLY lacks.
Maybe the original director needs to say screw warner bros and do his own thing under a different company. Why doesn’t corey and corey write the scripts? Or a fan? In part two the deleted scenes should have been in the movie I don’t see why not. Hollywood sucks.
