Back in January, Will Forte debuted a new look, the whole right side of his head was shaved and the left side was not. People wondered what was up with that horrible look and yesterday on Jimmy Kimmel Live he explained that it was for his Fox show The Last Man on Earth. He didn’t say why, just confirmed that it was.
Then the ABC late night host asked what it was like being in public looking like that. He got a lot of strange stares, but the most awkward time was when he attended his friend’s father’s memorial service. The family was nice to him, but still he felt weird going there looking like that. Thankfully, the show is done taping, and the left side of his face matches the right one once again.
But you have to wonder, why if he created the show, he let them do that to him. Although knowing him, he probably came up with the idea and it sounded really good on paper. In the mirror, it was a whole other story.
BTW if Forte has some time on his hands, maybe he can give this kid some advice on how to deal with a head that is half shaved. Poor kid. Although, you know what, the toddler did a really good job with the razor. He could totally have a career as a barber when he grows up, if he wants to do it.
