Melissa McCarthy is playing Ursula in the live-action version of The Little Mermaid. In order to do so; she was going to have to go under a major transformation.

Disney shared a video where we get to watch her go from the actress we know to the villain we wish we didn’t know.

What do you think of the Hollywood magic they used to bring her up from under the sea to go under it?
