Regina Hall was on
Conan O’Brien’s show yesterday; and she told the TBS late night host that she recently hurt her back so she can’t do her normal exercises. One of the ones she can do is Kegel and she told the ginger that he should be doing it too. Wait, isn’t that exercise for ladies? Yes, but it is also for men and it can help with erectile problems. Not that he needs help with that, of course. Anyways, as soon as he heard what it could do for men, he wanted to know more about it. So she told him what do and he did it. Let’s just say it is an image that I will not be getting out of my head anytime soon.
