Katy Perry wore a red lace-up two-piece Ellie Misner gown to the Billboard Women in Music Awards. But I am not sure it fits her. That is because she wasn’t able to close up the laces, so the middle of her butt was showing.

Do you think it is better to say that the dress was too small for her over that is the look the designer was going for?
