Joann’s Gowns is located in Tennessee, so a lot of her clients are pageant contestants of all ages. It is amazing to watch a 9 year who knows exactly what she wants. I was happy with dress that fit at her age. But it isn’t only the little ones who benefit from help, it is also the older ones.
