Tracy Morgan is going to miss a few episodes of 30 Rock because he had a kidney transplant and not because he is hiding from the women he impregnated. According to
Entertainment Weekly, he had the surgery about a week and a half ago and his absence will be written in to the show.
Morgan was diagnosed with diabetes in 1996, but ignored it until he got really sick from it during the first season of the show and from then on took better care of himself.
BTW now that we know he is doing better, I always thought if he was going to get a transplant it was going to be a liver one…
