Tom Welling did not have a good weekend because TMZ is reporting that the actor was arrested for driving under the influence at an Arby’s in Yreka, California, just after midnight on Sunday night. His blood alcohol level is said to have been at or above 0.08%, which is California’s legal limit.

Sunday was the Smallville star’s wife’s birthday.
