Earlier this year, Timothy Omundson suffered a stroke and because of that was not able to be in as much of Psych the Movie as everyone including him wanted him to be. Even though he could not be there with his co-stars when they were filming the reunion telemovie, he was able to be reunited with them when they watched it Thursday night. Dule Hill, Maggie Lawson, Kristen Nelson, Tears for Fears Curt Smith and producers Todd Harthan, Chris Henze and Saladin Patterson all had as much fun seeing themselves on the small screen again as we did.
Now, let’s hope USA does the right thing and brings it back as series. Revivals are so hot right now, and this show, Monk and 4400 are their three dramas that people want to see return to weekly television.
Finally, two things we have learned about Omundson this, is that he looked great during his cameo and even better with his friends for life. Nice to see him getting better every day.
