July 4th is a day for fireworks, but they had a different type of fireworks in New Milford, Pa. Four ducks were taken in by Great Bend Police and booked for loitering at a Susquehanna County gas station according to WNEP.
The four criminals had left their home before, but they never made it as far as the Pump and Pantry until now. That is why when their owner got the call that they had been arrested, booked and web printed she was like, “I thought it was funny, I’m like ‘are you serious?'”
They were, but it was all in fun. Do not worry after she paid their bail in bills, they were allowed to go home and do their time in their creek. Which gives new meaning, up sh!t’s creek!
Great Bend Police enjoyed the diversion so much, they posted about it on Facebook! I mean it is not everyday, you have a fowl crime like this one.
