The ballots are on the way. Ballots for the Oscars will be sent out on Tuesday to the 5,830 voting members of the Academy, with each have a corresponding number to ensure that it is sent to the appropriate voter. They must be returned to PricewaterhouseCoopers by 5 p.m. Jan. 13. Arriving with the ballots is a list of eligible 2006 films.
