Matt Norman (Ty Wood) is the perfect healthy teenage athlete, but during a game he suddenly collapses and doctors say he needs a heart transplant within the next week to survive. His parents Ann (Teri Polo) and Mike (Paul Essiembre) are wishing and praying that he gets that much needed heart, but hearts just don’t drop out of the sky.
Meanwhile in Detroit a father-to-be has gotten in trouble with some people and his life is on the line. When he goes to confront them, he is hit by a car and left brain dead. Now his mom has to decide what do? Will she give up his organs or try to keep her son alive.
It looks the area is going to get a white Christmas, so all the planes are grounded. Even if a heart becomes available for Matt, how will it get to Cleveland? Tune into this great movie to find out.
