CBS announced today that they picked up The Big Bang Theory for not one, not two, but three seasons. That’s right, TV’s #1 comedy will be around for at least three more years. When it comes to cast, at this point they are hoping that all 7 will be back for the 3 seasons too. Which I think they will be because none of them have really done anything else but the show.
The good news doesn’t stop there for Chuck Lorre, who created the show, because
Deadline says that his other three sitcoms, Two and a Half Men, Mike & Molly and Mom are all set to also be renewed. But they added that 2.5 might only be getting a 13 episode final season order. I hope that they are wrong because I still enjoy the show, even more than I do TBBT. I am actually tiring of the megahit. Am I the only one?
