USA announced today that Suits’ second half of the 7th season will debut on March 28th, and season 8 will air sometime after that. Only thing is that not all of the cast will be back for it. Patrick J Adams is also leaving the show.
He posted a message on Instagram thanking the fans, and did an interview with The Hollywood Reporter explaining why he is leaving. A lot has changed in his life since the legal drama debuted and the biggest change is that he got married to Troian Bellisario. He says that he wants to spend more time with her. Suits tapes in Canada, and his wife lives in Los Angeles. He also feels that his character has done all he can, especially now that he is a lawyer.
I still wonder how and why the show is going to go on without him. His character was the main one on the show. Without him, it will feel like a much different show. One I hope we can still enjoy.
