Back in 2002, Robert Rodriguez brought his 4-year-old son, Racer Max, to the set of Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams and took a photo.
Twenty years later, the director is still bringing his little boy to the set. However, this time, his son has a bigger role in the new Spy Kids movie. “Just wrapped a new SPYkids for Netflix, working with my son Racer Max,” the proud pop wrote. “First foto is from the set of SPYkids 2 in 2002. Not much has changed, only now he’s co-writer, co-producer, and a little heavier.”
Gotta love when the kid follows in his father’s footsteps, and the father wants everyone to know how happy he is about it.
