Sports Machine’s George Michael has passed away today at the age of 70 after 2 year battle with cancer according to The New York Daily News. He was considered a pioneer for making sports coverage as big as it now, so the next time you watch a sports report think of him and let his legacy live on!
BTW the first time I heard the opening to George Michael Sports Machine, I thought who knew the guy from Wham! was a fan of sports and then I looked at the TV screen and realized it wasn’t him. LOL!
