Albert Finney passed away from a short illness at the age of 82 according to Daily Mail.
Finney began acting in 1960 and continued doing so until a cancer diagnosis in 2011. Throughout his 50-year career, he received five Oscar nominations, but no wins. What he did win was the hearts of little girls like me as Daddy Warbucks in Annie.
That was just one of his many credits where he won over his audience. There was also Tom Jones, Scrooge, Murder on the Orient Express, Erin Brockovich, The Gathering Storm, two Bourne movies and Skyfall.
Today, remember him magnificent career by watching one of his many great works. I will do it by singing Tomorrow. He might not have one, but his legacy will.
