Priyanka Chopra was filming a scene of the ABC FBI drama Quantico yesterday, when she feel so hard on the floor during a stunt that they decided to rush her to the hospital. Good thing they did because TMZ is reporting that she suffered a concussion.
The actress is resting at home and is expected back at work next week.
