Paula Abdul might be one of the best dancers in Hollywood, but on skates, it is a different story. The singer tries skating for the first time, and she and the ice became friends. Actually, they became intimate friends because at one point, she kissed it and another time she sat on it.

As bad as she was. She did a better job on her first outing, then I do now and I have been skating since I was a kid.

In all seriousness, she proves at 56, you are never too old to try new things.
