Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Mischa Barton who was suppose to open Cathouse in Vegas before her arrest for DUI, would rather spend time in the Doghouse with her two dogs. 

I guess rehab was so 2007 and DUI arrests are the new trend for 2008. How sad.
