Miley Cyrus Instagrammed a picture of herself in a bikini and confirmed that that is a bruise on her bum. All I could notice was that she had her hand on her crotch. It’s bad enough she sticks her tongue out all the time, now she can’t stop touching herself? No one likes the look of someone, male or female, grabbing their crotch. She needs to be the opposite of her song and make it so she can stop!
