Mariah Carey's new album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel was due to come out on August 25th, but I guess you can say that date was imperfect for her because she asked her label to delay it until at least September 15th according to
Showbiz 411. They said she was rushing to release it before the Grammys deadline of August 31st, but she was more Obsessed with making it perfect than adding another gold statuette to her collection. As much as I like Mariah, I was not Obseesed with the first single off of the CD, so I hope the extra time will help her put out a better album.
