Bryan R. Dattilo aka Lucas Roberts is out of Days of our Lives. According to
Soap Opera Digest he was given the news before the show went on Christmas break that they would not be renewing his contract when it ends in February. The actor who has been with the show since 1993 has already taped his last episode. Hopefully it is the type of exit that they can bring back because even though they haven’t been using him, they have brought back other characters that were written off or in the case of his mother’s new husband even after he was a dead a few times.
Bryan R. Dattilo’s departure really saddens me because I can still remember when he came on the show 16 years ago. Will you miss Lucas even though Sami and him are no longer together?
