Tis the season for people to dress in costume. However, not everyone dresses up, but we think they did.

Case in point: Lisa Rinna changed up her hair color. Gone are the frosted blonde tips, and hello her hair is all one shade.

So, with her messy, short, dark brown hair, her black outfit, and her dance moves, I could have sworn she was Frankenstein. But, alas, it is just her.
