Lanie Kazan drove over to the Gelson’s right by her house in Studio City, went shopping, packed the food into her reusable bags and left the store. Only problem is, according to
TMZ, is she did not pay for the groceries. The site says someone at the store saw the mom from My Big Fat Greek Wedding walk out without paying, chased her down and called the police. When the cops arrived, she reportedly told them that she had no money on her and that is why she did not pay the $180 bill. That is when it is said that she was handcuffed, taking down to the station, booked for petty theft and released without bail.
I guess there is one thing that Windex cannot fix and that is trying to shop and dash.
