Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Lady Gaga couldn’t stop working even though it was time for bed, so she kept strumming on her guitar in bed. Not only did she keep making music, she shared a photo of herself doing it.
But I wasn’t focused on that, I couldn’t stop staring at the object on the corner of the bed. Can someone tell me what that thing is? It is archaic, but I can’t identify it. I guess this writer will have type her request in to Google.
