King Charles III’s Coronation is less than a month away, and we still haven’t heard who is going to be performing at his concert. We have heard rumors that Spice Girls, Ed Sheeran, and Adele turned him down.
So who is going to say yes to him? Today, BBC announced the first names who will be performing on May 7th at the Windsor Castle grounds. They are Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, Andrea Bocelli, Sir Bryn Terfel, Take That, Freya Ridings, and Alexis Ffrench.
Now can we discuss how sad these names are? With all of the amazing performers that are from England, they had to go to America and Italy to get musicians for the big night.
It is like Trump’s inauguration all over again. No one wants to perform for the new leader.
Seriously, how many singers and bands did they have to call to settle on Perry and Richie? They are great for an American President but not for the King of England.
