Katie told Us Weekly lil’ Suri was "back at the house" where she was "doing great" with her daddy.To some, however, Katie and Tom are still holding out.Us Weekly magazine is running a clock, ticking off the days (84 and counting) since Suri’s birth. German TV station RTL, taking matters into its own hands, has produced a composite image of what Suri might look like. TMZ.com, perhaps digging for evidence of Suri’s existence, obtained a copy of the official birth certificate, filed May 8 in Los Angeles.In the latest twist, TMZ is reporting that the nurse who signed Suri’s birth certificate used a license number actually belonging to a doctor, rather than her own.Gossip Web site Defamer.com has called the delay "profoundly strange" and upgraded its suspicion from "mystery" to "riddle that would make the Sphinx incontinent."Lest anyone rent out milk-carton space, Cruise spokesman Arnold Robinson pleads for privacy: "If and when they do make a decision, it will be at their discretion and not anybody else’s," he told The Associated Press.And while there still hasn’t been a Suri sighting for Access Hollywood, the locals have apparently caught a glimpse or two."There have been Suri sightings almost as if Suri is the new Bigfoot. A hiker claims he stumbled across Katie breastfeeding Suri while he was on his trail," Us Weekly contributing editor Katrina Szish told Access. "A local waitress claims she saw Tom and Katie hiking with Suri and claims that Suri had thick, dark hair."The top Invisible Baby theory involves Cruise’s Scientology beliefs. The religion’s founder, L. Ron Hubbard, was very specific about how infants should be treated, and taught that birth should occur in a silent environment.Perhaps Cruise believes media attention would bring unwanted distraction — a sentiment many parents would likely agree with.Tom and Katie, who’ve been keeping a very low profile since Suri’s birth on April 18, opted for a change of scenery – going from Tom’s Beverly Hills mansion to his home in Telluride.According to Us Weekly, the pair also made a stopover in Las Vegas over July 4th weekend to celebrate Tom’s 44th birthday, taking in the Beatle’s "Love" by Cirque de Soleil show with Tom’s kids Conner and Isabella.Katie is also speaking out on speculation of another child on the way, saying the rumors of her and Tom expecting another child are simply not true."I’m not pregnant again," Katie insists.
