Kara DioGuardi posted on Twitter it looks like she is just carrying in her boobs. I think the only reason why she announced that she is pregnant now because she today the day she faced the press at the TCAs and it was either have them that she is having a baby or she got a boob job.
BTW if she is this big now, what are they going to be like when she enters her third trimester.
