On Valentine’s Day I sat with Jennifer Love Hewitt and she told me what is coming up for season 2 of The Client List on Lifetime every Sunday at 10p. She told me that her character Riley will be involved in a love triangle with her husband and his brother, a male masseuse is joining The Rub for us girls, danger and intrigue is coming with the list and lots of debt.
But for us fans of her singing, she also told me that there will be plenty of it and some dancing too this season. So is she considering going back into the recording studio because of that? With a huge smile on her face, she said “Possibly, we will see.” Let’s hope!
When I asked her about those outfits Riley wears to give her clients a happy ending on the show, here is what she had to say about that, “I was sending pictures from the set to my best friend in Indiana, who was in meetings all day and everything, and she was like what are you doing today?” So what was she doing, she said “I was a French Maid, a nurse and a topless hula dancer all in the same day in clients’ rooms.” She told me her BFF responded by saying, “‘That’s so not what I did today, good for you.'” Hewitt understands she doesn’t have a day job like everyone and you can tell she appreciates it what she does on this drama because she ended that story by saying, “So it was very funny. It is a lot of fun doing all of these different characters. It’s great.”
Now I can’t tell you when that episodes airs, so that you can see her in all of those costumes. But I can tell you what she told me about what happened behind the scenes of last week’s massage with a pair of Christian Louboutins. She said, “It was hysterical, but I felt so bad for his back. They were like press harder, press harder and I was like OMG I feel so bad.” But I am sure she felt better when she wore those gorgeous shows home!
