Ian Somerhalder attended Walker Stalker Con this weekend and he made a big announcement. The Vampire Diaries star said, “We have decided to do one last season to really do the story justice.” Kat Graham recently announced that next season would be her last, so without Damon and Bonnie, the news really shouldn’t be a surprise. Upsetting to the fans, but not surprising.
No word from The CW if it is indeed the final season.
