He told the anchors, “I was getting ready to do the show. And we were filming every day, so I was in hair and makeup and stuff. And someone noticed it and was like, ‘You should get that checked.'”
He followed that person’s advice, went to a doctor, and was diagnosed with sickle cell carcinoma on his forehead. He had it removed and is on the road to recovery.
Had he not been doing the mysterious family members of celebrities competition show, who knows how long it would have taken him to get the mole checked? So, it is a good thing he is doing the show, which comes back on Monday for its third season.
