The Monkees announced today that for the first time since 1997 Michael Nesmith is joining his bandmates on the road. The three surviving band members Mickey Dolenz, Peter Tork and Nesmith will play 12 dates starting in November and you get can get tickets to one of the dozen shows starting on August 18th. And you are going to want to get them because they will be playing their classic hits and some songs that they haven’t played together since the ’60s. Besides playing their groovy music, the night will also feature rare films and one-of-a-kind photographs for the fans to enjoy.
So go bananas for The Monkees all over again and get your tickets for one of the below dates! This Daydream Believer can’t wait for them to take the Last Train to Clarksville, I mean LA!
And I’m a Believer that Davy Jones will be there in spirit with them.
