Grosse Pointe Garden Society has been growing an audience like weeds, so NBC is moving the Nighttime Soap from Sundays at 10p to Fridays at 8p starting on April 4th. The show will be taking over Happy’s Place time slot, which airs its season finale on Friday.

Grosse Pointe Garden Society follows four members of a suburban garden club who find their lives intertwined by scandal, mischief, and a shared secret – a murder no one wants to talk about. As dark truths begin to rot their lives under the surface, they struggle to remain as perfect as the flowers blooming in their garden above.

The Dramedy has turned out to be a lot of fun to watch, so it will be nice to see it budding into a beautiful rose. If you haven’t seen it, you can watch the first four episodes on Peacock.

On the NBC/Peacock note. Law & Order: Organized Crime, which moved to the streaming service this season, will debut on Peacock and NBC on April 17th. The season premiere is a crossover event with Law & Order: SVU.

A mysterious phone call to Capt. Benson of the SVU leads detectives to the scene of a brutal murder. When the SVU and the 2-7 uncover a pattern of rape and murder targeting marginalized women, Carisi and ADA Price team up to charge the suspect with multiple crimes.

While NBC will only be airing one episode on that day, Peacock will be streaming two.
