Seriously? OMG! WTF?

Last week, Gordon Ramsay fell off his bike and hurt himself badly. However bad it was, he is grateful to be alive. And he survived because he wore a helmet.

So, now MasterChef is telling everyone to wear head protection, and people are listening to him, like his son, Oscar.

Today, the proud pop shared a video of his 5-year-old riding a bike with a helmet on.

And now he has two more reasons to be proud of his boy: he believes in safety first, and he can ride a bike without falling off.
